What's up? Two new Eggy tapes, the Woolen Men of Portland and Jovontaes of Kentucky, tape reissue of Orca Team's debut EP very soon. Eggy T-Shirts are now at the Half and Half, otherwise stock is low. Handful of smalls, one large. Sad Horse tapes are BACK IN STOCK, I've got a bunch but when they're gone, they're gone for good. Only $3, an Eggy Distro BEST SELLER! Night-People tapes are out there somewhere, on their way here, just ordered some Baked Tapes jammers (Driphouse and NASA), and a bunch of stuff from Arbor, which promises to be beautiful in sound and appearance. Gonna hit up Goaty for the latest batch and Tone Filth ASAP. Buncha tapes in from Hooker Vision, who win the award for smallest runs. New Pete Swanson tape SLAYS but I didn't grab any for the distro. Sorry, guys! What was I thinking? I'll try to track Pete down. Well, as long as I'm nattering on, gotta BUNCH of stuff from local tape bros the other night -- let's see, brand new PDX label, Meandering Tapes, check em out, they did a Spenking tape! No shit! I love that guy! Also on a deep New Age trip. Am I into this, am I against it? I don't know. Eric Gage tape from Gnar, heavy pre-Titus GBV vibe, which means he'll record Bee Thousand in a few years, right? I'm waiting. Bird Costumes tape from Karamazov is a downer, but a well made one. UHU's Deathsongs tape is available again, GET ONE, totally weird that it's not on vinyl, so get one now for $4 before someone figures it out and you're paying $17 or whatever for it (it'd still be worth it, though). And finally, Stunned is in Portland now, upping the ante. Picked up Clusters by Super Minerals, it's a classic. OK, I'm gonna try to distro a bunch of the stuff I mentioned but until then, get it before it's gone. Tape scene in Portland is blowing up, great stuff everywhere.
